You can make a real difference

Without gifts in wills, some charities would simply not exist.  Some would have to make dramatic cuts in services.

Thanks to previous bequests, Ardgowan Hospice has been able to achieve many improvements in the care and support services we provide to people diagnosed with cancer and other life limiting illnesses.

For example, our unique ACCESS centre enables patients to receive care and support from the day they are diagnosed. The drop in facility allows patients and their carers to come in for a chat, use our resource library or participate in our education programme, which provides knowledge and support to help them cope with their situation.

However, we still have a lot of work ahead of us. Cancer affects one in three of us, causing great pain and suffering to many families.

So if you feel it is right for your family, and to help us to continue to support and enhance the quality of life of those patients and their families, please consider leaving a gift in your Will.
